By ordering from Arctic Flow Philippines, you agree to these terms of service. These terms govern your use of our website and purchase of our laptop cooling products.

Product Information

Arctic Flow provides detailed product specifications for all cooling pads. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates.

Ordering and Payment

• Orders are confirmed once we contact you directly
• Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, GCash
• Prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason

Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping available nationwide across the Philippines
• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days for Metro Manila, 5-10 days for provinces
• Delivery times may vary during holidays or adverse weather
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to your specified address

Product Warranty

Arctic Flow cooling pads come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear.

Limitation of Liability

Arctic Flow's liability is limited to the product purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes will be resolved through Philippine courts or alternative dispute resolution.
