Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Request return within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in original condition with minimal wear
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Provide order number and reason for return

- Return Authorization: We'll provide return instructions and pickup details
- Package Product: Secure packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
- Pickup/Drop-off: Coordinate return shipping (we cover return costs)
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
- Full purchase amount refunded to original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders: Bank transfer or GCash refund
- Shipping costs refunded for defective products only
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or normal wear beyond 30 days
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Products modified or disassembled by customer
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective products or wrong items shipped. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost.
